Ousted Guinean President seeks medical attention in Turkey

DEPOSED Guinean President Alpha Conde has flown to Turkey for a medical checkup.

Conde had been detained in Guinea since his ouster in a September coup d’etat.

He was held in confinement for 12 weeks until he was allowed access to his family home in Conakry by the military junta.■
