■ ZAMBIA’S Kwacha has become the world’s best performing currency, after the Opposition Candidate, Hakainde Hichilema defeated incumbent President Lungu to win the 2021 election.

BEFORE the election: 1 US Dollar was equal to 23 Kwacha
NOW: 1 US Dollar is 16.74 Kwacha
